What is Fair Play?

Fair play is the book that finally gave me the words I needed. It gave our family a system that has completely changed our domestic partnership for the better. Fair Play is a system that looks the mental load right in the face and provides a well-researched and thoughtful approach to dividing it. I first downloaded Fair Play and found myself nodding along as she spoke directly to my soul. I cried, I texted everyone I knew, I immediately bought the hard copy and the cards.

Since implementing the Fair Play system, my husband and I have both shifted our understanding of what our time is worth. We both prioritize what Eve considers the “magic cards” - adult friendship, marriage and romance, and *unicorn space.*
