I’m Laura Danger
Educator | Advocate
I’m a licensed educator, certified coach, author, and creator with experience teaching, facilitating, and leading conversations that matter. My work lives at the intersection of care work and culture, and I’m passionate about helping people make sense of the invisible dynamics shaping our relationships, homes, and communities.
I’ve spent years breaking down everyday experiences—like the imbalance of domestic labor and the mental load—and giving them language that resonates. I helped bring terms like weaponized incompetence and the nag paradox into mainstream conversation, connecting personal frustration to broader systems and cultural narratives. Through content, workshops, and writing, I support people in making sense of these patterns and building more equitable relationships. My work has been featured in outlets like Wondermind, Upworthy, Scary Mommy, and HuffPost.
I’m the co-host of Time to Lean, a podcast where I explore care, systemic inequity, and culture with humor, curiosity, and heart. I also collaborate with organizations—like the Fair Play Policy Institute, Camping World, and Persist—to create curriculum and resources for learners of all ages.
My work focuses on equity at home, shared responsibility, and rethinking gender roles. I design educational experiences that meet the unique needs of individuals, families, and teams.
I’m a mother of two, a gardener, audiobook lover, and neighbor who believes care is a collective responsibility—and a powerful force for change.
